Doubles League

Calling all cribbage fans! Join our friendly Cribbage Doubles League, kicking off January 6 at 6 PM and running every Monday night. Teams play for beer prizes and 100% payout, with a $20 monthly buy-in per team. No partner? No problem—we’ll match you up! This welcoming league helps with counting and skips the point-stealing drama. The top six teams each month win cash, and beer prizes are up for grabs weekly. Sign up, grab your cribbage board, and let the pegging begin!  Follow the link below to sign up today!

If you can't make it for January, don't worry.  We will be running a monthly Doubles League each month through April.  In May, we switch to singles league with a $5 buy-in and a new bracket each week (no monthly commitment).

Doubles League Rules

Doubles League will take place on Monday nights at 6pm. The league will run each Monday of the month with the winner determined on the last Monday of the month.

The cost is $20 per team for the month. Sixth and fifth place will get their registration fee back. 40% of the remaining purse will go to the winner, 25% to the second place team, 20% to the 3rd place team, 15% to the 4th place team. There will also be weekly beer related prizes for high hand and stinkhole games. Registration prior to the first Monday of the month is required. (see link above)

League play will be doubles (two people on a team). At least one team member must be present. If one team member is not able to attend they may have a substitute player fill in who is not part of another team. If you can’t find a sub, or if neither team member is present, you will forfeit your games that week and each game will count as a double skunk.

Games will start promptly at 6pm. If you haven't arrived  by 6pm you will forfeit your first game. If you haven't arrived by the time the first round games have ended you will forfeit your remaining games for the evening.

Standings will be determined by number of total wins. If needed, tie breakers are, in order: total points, head to head results, points difference.

This is a friendly cribbage league and more experienced players are expected to help beginners with counting their scoring if needed. No stealing points aka “Muggins.”

Finishing on a 31 earns two points, not three.
